Sugar Free, Gluten Free, MSG Free, Taco Seasoning spice blend tastes better than you can get at the store, without all the added gunk!

Homemade Taco Seasoning Mix is a much better spice blend than the pre-packaged blends you find on the shelf. Why? Well for starters, almost every Taco Mix at the grocery store has some form of added sugar, or corn flour/corn starch, or other thickening agents, or even MSG (monosodium glutamate—an neurobiological excitotoxin), or gluten. Then there’s the preservatives and anti-caking ingredients such as silicone dioxide (aka sand).

We don’t know about you, but we really can’t remember having fun, the last time someone suggested we go pound sand in our tacos. So take 5 minutes, please? Make this Taco Seasoning Mix—heck, double it! You’ll thank us and so will your Tex-Mex food. In fact, make it, then go make FDHD Fast Day Turkey Taco Meat and enjoy a huge Taco Salad for less than 325 calories!
