Shamalama Lamb Steak tastes so good, it makes you sing. Quick, easy, Fast Day (FD) meals that don’t feel like diet food!

Daily Totals – 500 Calories; 23g Fat (40.6% calories from fat); 44g Protein; 33g Carbohydrate; 10g Dietary Fiber; 307mg Cholesterol;  23g Net Carbohydrate

 

Breakfast – 111 Calories

2-3 cups decaff coffee, black, unsweetened–or hot tea

1 large soft boiled egg

1/2 teaspoon butter

1 serving asparagus and grape tomato tarragon salad

  • 3 ounces asparagus, blanched
  • 1 ounce grape tomatoes (about 4-5)
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon vinegar

 

Dinner – 389 Calories

1 serving Shamalama Lamb Steak (about 4 ounces cooked)

1 serving Lemony Brussels Sprouts (about 1 cup cooked)

1/4 average size Roasted Acorn Squash (recipe to come)
