I just love easily assembled but tasty FD foods.  The easier the better for me.  For this reason, I tend to rely on products that give me exactly what I want for a known quantity of calories.  I happen to weigh and measure everything I eat, so I know I am sticking to my calorie limits.  This Fast Day (FD) hummus wrap is a gem.  The basic components (the wrap and the hummus) give you a defined calorie base:  you add whatever veggies your heart desires to the center—I love shredded carrots, mushrooms and arugula, but that is just me!
