Fast Day Creamy Jalapeno Ranch Dressing

Ingredients

1 jalapeno pepper, canned, chopped finely with seeds
1/8 cup cilantro, chopped
1/2 teaspoon granulated garlic
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1 pinch stevia powder (optional)

Instructions

    Combine everything in a large salad bowl and toss to combine thoroughly. Taste and adjust seasonings to preference with kosher or sea salt and black pepper.

Notes

It's hard to think of a protein or meal where this spicy Texas-inspired Fast Day salad dressing isn't appreciated! I've been known to enjoy it at breakfast, over slaw, with pulled pork or pulled chicken!
