FAST DAYS HEALING DAYS

Fast Days Healing Days is here to make your Fast Days (FDs) easy! Fast Days Healing Days is the premier food and lifestyle magazine where you can escape the diet-grind, especially when living a calorie restricted, intermittent fasting lifestyle. Forget deprivation! You’ll find smart and savvy recipes for Fast Days (FDs) or Down Days (DDs)–as some might refer to them–packed with flavor, but skinny on calories. White knuckle dieting only gets you so far. Many recipes are low carb or controlled carb and diabetic-friendly. Most are gluten free or feature low gluten ingredients and almost everything fits well in a paleo, primal, and keto lifestyle. Fair warning, though…FDHD sometimes plays a little “fast and loose” with a couple of strategically positioned, prepared food products that help make the 5:2 or 4:3 calorie restricted diet feel like any other normal day. We’re wily like that!

Come chatter about recipes, menu plans, fitness routines and strategies to get in gear, and get healthy. We even have a special area to talk about those non-fasting days, or Feast Days as some call them–because “eating normally” has a million different definitions! Exploring normal helps give much needed validation to the question, “Am I eating enough, too much, or just the ideal amount?”
